NewRun, together with Nova Poshta, held its first marathon “Don’t Stop!” since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia. The running event combined a series of races at different distances. Participants were offered to cover marathon (42 km) and half marathon (21 km) distances, 10.5 km, children’s races, a “team five” and a special distance.
Scientific Alliance employees took part in a 5 km race, thus supporting the Ukrainian army and expressing their gratitude to our defenders.

The special racecourse, the World’s Longest Marathon, was 1 km long and aimed to thank the defenders who have been defending our freedom since 2014, rescuers, doctors, volunteers, and everyone who supports Ukraine in any other way and brings victory closer! The symbolic kilometre could be run from anywhere in Ukraine or the world. Each participant’s bib number was inscribed with facts and significant numbers of the war in Ukraine, and each participant could inscribe the names of the heroes to whom they were dedicating their run.

All funds raised from the marathon participants’ registration fees are transferred to the Come Back Alive Foundation to strengthen the air defence forces. The participants of the World’s Longest Marathon donated to the joint charity project of Nova Poshta and the Come Back Alive Foundation, “Protect the Sky – Boos Our Air Defence!”, instead of paying registration fees for the race. The purpose of this project is to raise UAH 330 million for communications and mobile command posts for Ukrainian air defence forces.
The Don’t Stop marathon has become a symbol of the resilience and unity of the Ukrainian people, because despite all the challenges, we keep running together to our common victory!
