How do I join the Scientific Alliance?

Candidate
Step 1: Prepare a CV
Describe your experience and point out what really makes you stand out from others. A cover letter would also be welcome.
Employer
Step 2. Check out our job vacancies
If there are no job vacancies, but you are impressed by our values and the specifics of our work, do not be shy and send your resume. We will definitely respond as soon as we have a new job vacancy.

Step 3: Wait for feedback
In case of a positive answer, we will inform you within 2-3 working days after receiving your CV. Our HR managers may invite you for an interview or offer you a test assignment.
Candidate
Step 4: Complete the test and interview
We don't want the applicant to go through 10 circles of hell, so we limit ourselves to a test assignment and/or an interview with the HR manager and, if necessary, a second interview with the unit manager.
Employer
Step 5: Welcome to your new job!
If you have successfully completed the previous four stages, the HR manager will send you an offer. It will indicate all job responsibilities and details of our partnership. It remains to select only the date of the first working day. And congratulations, you're part of the team!
