1. Sales and client communication:
Correspondence via messengers, email, and calls
First contact with clients and identifying their needs
Consulting on company services
Preparing commercial proposals, handling objections, and drafting scripts
2. Client support:
Guiding clients through all stages of the sales funnel
Keeping them informed about project progress
Conducting cross-sales
Preparing contracts and invoices
3. Fulfilling individual tasks assigned by management.
Competent spoken and written language
