Establishment of Scientific Publications
Establishment of the Scientific Publications company, which begins active work in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The company is beginning to develop rapidly in the field of providing consulting services to scientists, researchers, academics and other specialists engaged in scientific research. During this period, a brand strategy was developed, bringing to life the first projects and initiatives.
Expansion of partnership and geography of influence
During this period, the Scientific Publications company becomes more significant and recognisable in the international scientific community. The company represents the interests of clients from more than 30 countries of the world by providing high-quality and unique intermediary services.
The network of partners is also expanding. Leading scientific institutions, research organisations, and universities are signing the first memorandums of cooperation with the Scientific Publications company. This indicates the acquisition of trust and authority in the field of scientometrics and scientific consulting.
Connection with Scientific Alliance
Scientific Publications is recognised for the first time as an international leader in scientific consulting in more than 45 countries in Europe and Asia.
Currently, Scientific Publications is coming under the management of the Scientific Alliance holding, which unites innovative projects and research initiatives.
Expansion of the information and educational area
The structure of the holding has its own news outlet – "Science and Metrics". The journal becomes the first periodical publication in Ukraine in the field of scientometry. In addition, a research and training centre was founded, whose activity is to organise and conduct seminars, webinars, conferences, and events for scientists from around the world.

Close cooperation with clients from Central Asian countries contributed to the opening of a representative office of the Scientific Publications company in this region. A branch of the company was opened in the Republic of Kazakhstan; it was the official distributor of scientific and publishing services in this country.
Scientific Alliance starts cooperation with publishing houses that have international experience in editing and publishing scientific research, ensuring high quality publications. The holding offers services in printing and publishing scientific periodicals.
In addition, an international certification centre has been established, operating in accordance with international documents and the standards of the countries with which Scientific Alliance cooperates.
Scaling up activities
The company continues to actively develop and amaze with new achievements: more than 150 scientific and educational events have been held for more than 20 thousand scientists; 45 memoranda of cooperation have been concluded with leading scientific organisations and educational institutions; the geographical diversity of the company's clients has spread to more than 45 countries of the world. Such amazing results prompted further expansion of the company's activities and the opening of new offices.
The Scientific Alliance charitable foundation was established, the purpose of which was to support and help those in need. A part of the cost of each service provided by the company is automatically deducted in favour of the fund.
War and new plans
On 24 February 2022, Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine began, which crossed out many of the company's plans. The management of the Scientific Alliance holding took care of the safety of employees and organised work in a temporary office in Western Ukraine. Currently, we have continued to fulfil our obligations to customers, including through the support of a branch in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
A few months later, the employees of the Ukrainian offices returned to Kyiv and began to make new plans in the conditions of military realities. The team is actively working on expanding the international representation and opening new branches of the company in Europe and Asia.
Despite the difficulties, we continue to provide high-quality services and accompany clients both in Ukraine and around the world, maintaining a leading position in the scientific consulting market.
Recognition and market leadership
The Scientific and educational center of Scientific Publications company actively develops educational and social activities in the field of science and society. In 2023, the centre held over 100 webinars and seminars aimed at raising awareness among scientists about current issues in scientometrics. At the same time, the company expanded its cooperation with higher education and scientific institutions: over 50 memoranda were signed with leading universities and scientific centres in Ukraine and other countries.
The company's activities have been recognised at the national and international levels. In 2023, Scientific Publications won the Ukrainian Business Award in the Business of the Year 2023 category, received the Star of Quality award, and was included in the ranking of the most successful companies in several countries.
In addition to its professional achievements, the company pays considerable attention to social responsibility. Every day, we support the Armed Forces of Ukraine by automatically deducting a portion of the cost of each service provided to help the army. Also, in 2023, Scientific Alliance joined the BraveProject initiative together with Work.ua, WIX, Genesis, and other representatives of Ukrainian business, thanks to which it was possible to raise over $100,000 to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and humanitarian needs.
New horizons and achievements
One of the key events for Scientific Alliance in 2024 was the expansion of its office network. Scientific Publications opened a new office in Kyiv, as well as its first office in Bishkek, which was an important step in entering the Central Asian market and developing the company in this region.
The Scientific and educational center continues its active work, and in 2024 held more than 80 webinars and seminars focused on scientometrics issues. In 2024, we continue to actively support the development of science and scientometrics in Ukraine by expanding partnerships with higher education institutions and scientific institutions. During 2024, more than 30 memoranda of cooperation were signed with Ukrainian and foreign universities and scientific institutions.
The Ukrainian Scientific Alliance NGO awarded Scientific Publications with the SCIENTIFIC COMPANY AWARD 2024 for its significant contribution to the development of science in Ukraine, recognising it as the best company in the field of scientific consulting.
Every year, Scientific Alliance actively participates in charitable events. In 2024, the holding's team took part in charity marathons in Kyiv, in particular, the Kyiv Half Marathon of Indestructibility 2024 and the First Barrier-Free Marathon of Nova Poshta. Thanks to these events, we managed to raise over 1.5 million hryvnias, which were used to purchase medical equipment for the Hospitaliers volunteer battalion and the UNBROKEN rehabilitation centre. In addition, at the end of 2024, we held a charity auction among the company's employees. All the funds raised were sent to help the 38th Separate Marine Brigade.
Training events and international partnerships
In the first half of 2025, the Scientific and educational center of Scientific Publications company held more than 60 closed seminars and webinars, as well as 10 open events for anyone interested. Scientists from various countries, including Albania, Georgia, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and others, joined the scientific and educational activities. An important event was the first webinar on scientometrics in Uzbekistan.
During the same period, the company signed a number of memoranda of cooperation with foreign and Ukrainian educational institutions, which was an important step in strengthening its international presence and developing partnerships. In particular, agreements were signed with three institutions in Azerbaijan, one university in Albania, three higher education institutions in Kyrgyzstan, and two Ukrainian universities.
Traditionally, the holding's team participates in sporting events for charitable purposes. In April 2025, our team joined the Kyiv Half Marathon of Indestructibility, which brought together more than 8,200 participants. As a result, we managed to raise more than UAH 3.3 million, of which more than UAH 2.3 million was transferred to the Hospitaliers volunteer battalion for the purchase of modern medical equipment.
