Therefore, we decided to share tips on how to behave on the first working day at Scientific Alliance and how experienced colleagues remember their start in our team.
First day at the Scientific Alliance. What to expect?
After successful completion of the interview and the test task, we send the candidate an offer, where we indicate job responsibilities and salary level. HR managers will also offer you to choose the most convenient date for the first working day. Usually, it's the middle or end of the week. After all, we understand that with a new volume of tasks and a large amount of necessary information, it can be difficult to work a full week right away. However, there is no problem if you choose the beginning of the week as the date of the first working day.
Thus, the date has been chosen and you are already halfway to our office. What's next?
- Check the availability of documents that you were asked to bring in advance for the first working day.
- Try not to be late, or warn the HR manager about it.
- First, you will be offered to familiarise yourself with the rules and statutes of the company.
- Afterwards, you will be guided to your workplace and introduced to your colleagues and personal mentor.
- Also, our HR manager will give a tour of the office.
- The mentor will show you the process of working with the necessary programmes and give you the first tasks.
